Price List Of Visa Services [For Private and Company Staff]:Check the following form. At the left Row, choose your Nationality (if it isn't in the list, just choose Others). At the top Column, choose the service you needed (E1-S12 services meanings in detail you can check it below the form). the number you get is the Price( Updated 26th of Feb. 2007 ). All the services listed can be done without leaving and it's not necessary to take interview in the police station. Paperwork for Each Services [For Private and Company Staff]:
E1 Services: 1 Year Multi-Entries F visa
1. Passport with valid visa
2. 3 Passport Photographs (2 inches size)
Standard Services: 10 Working Days
1 year is calculated from your last entry date, for example, if your visa is valid until 1st of Oct. 2006, but your last entry date into China is 1st of July 2006. Then the 1 year visa will be only valid until 1st of July 2007, please notice that. Anyway if you do need E1 service, Please submit your paperwork at least 4 days( Urgently emergency please call first ) in advance before your visa expires so that we will have enough time to process it.
S0 Services: Hold a standard ( L ), ( X ) or ( Z ) Visa now, Want to get 1 month and 0 Entry L visa
1. Passport with valid visa
2. Local Shanghai Registration Form Of Temporary Residence*
3. 1 Passprot Photograph (2 inches size)
Standard Services: 4 Working Days
When you come to Shanghai with tourist visa or business visa, you have to go to the local police station near your living space(if you are living in hotel, just go to the hotel reception, But don't forget to ask the hotel put their stamp on the form! ) to register your information in detail within 2 days.It's easy and free. Then you can get this Registration Form. If you don't know where is the correct police station you have to go, Please give us a call, we will help you to find it out for free.( As the policy of Shanghai immigration bureau, we strongly recommend you to register and get this form. and also for the foreigner who live in Shanghai, please notice when you leave China and come back or move to a new living place, you have to renew this form )
Tips: If you register yourself too late, maybe the police will charge you fine. Please notice as the regulation, the fine is from minimum 50RMB upto maximum 500RMB.You can negotiate about it to reach a lower amount. Alternatively, the another smart way to get this form is check in a Hotel for 1 night, then you can go to the hotel reception to register yourself and get this form. But don't forget to ask the hotel put their stamp on the form!
S1-S8 Services: These 8 Services we need foreigner to prepare the same things:

S9 Services( First time Apply 1 year Working(Z) Visa & Residence Permit )

3. Registration Form Of Temporary Residence
4. Qualification Document ( Diploma of bachelor's or Reference letters from your former company )
5. Labor Contract
6. Business License and Organization Code License of the company who employ you
7. Health Certificate ( Appointment number: 021-62688851)
8. 5 Passport Photographs (2 inches size)
If your position reachs GM or Vice GM of the company, you don't have to submit the No.4- Qualification Document, But you have to provide following 2 extra documents:
1. Company's Articles of Association (Obtain from Administration of Industry and Commerce)
2. Company shareholder list (Obtain from Administration of Industry and Commerce)

*NEWS: From 22nd of August, 2005. The new labour policy says, if you hold a L, F, or X visa now, want to work for a company which capital is less than
3 million USD$ or your job position is below the
Vice GM or

Standard Services: 2 Working DaysThere are 100 questions and answers of our Shanghai traffic rules, you can come to our office to get it for free. Please memorize and review it. During the exam, the traffic police will disorder those 100 questions. if you can get 90+ scores in the exam, then you can pass and get the Local Driver's License.
