5, the original virsion and a copy of your international driving license and the Chinese translation by Shanghai foreign language university translation company (First Floor of No.3, Lane 100, Dong Ti Yu Hui Road) or Shanghai Translater Assosiation (Room 1702~1704, No. 66, Nan Jing Road (E). If it's English virsion, You can go to No.179 Qin Chun Road

6, pass the traffic law examination.
